Our small art wall have gone through a longer process stretching over a period of two years. I have been taking photos of our apartment since we acquired the apartment, and it is fun to look back at the process, or the evolution, of our livingroom.
This was what the wall looked like, when I bought the apartment – lots of small holes, and dirty white walls.
This was how the wall (the whole apartment) looked like after we removed several layers of wallpaper and several different colors of paint – it is an old apartment 😉
We polished all the walls – this is actually the opposite side of the living room, but you get the image 😉 I actually quite like the grey walls, and I am considering painting a wall or two in our bedroom, not in grey though, but a dusty midnight blue, or something similar. Maybe.
After we painted the walls white again the wall looked like this for a long time. For 1,5 years to be exact, before we pulled ourself together and finished the job. The photos and frames changed a bit, because I moved some of the posters and lithographs.
Last year (or in October 2018) we finally finished the job, and this is how the wall looks like now.
